Founded by Gary LeRoy, a lifelong entrepreneur and a familiar face at Cavallaro-Neubauer Chevrolet, this project is born from a deeply personal mission. After more than 40 years of partnership, Gary recently lost his partner, Joyce, to cancer. In the wake of that loss, Gary decided to honor her memory by doing what he does best: bringing people together and giving back.

Gary’s vision was simple: combine the beauty of the WNY waterfront with the magic of legendary concert performances to support the children and families who need it most.
